Mint Julep (Mastercraftsman) showed impressive form on Saturday at Lyon-Parilly when taking home the Listed Prix du Grand Camp (2400m). The 4-year-old filly trained by John Hammond jumped the gates well and took a lead early on to stay on strong and win impressively by six lengths with Cosmica Sidera (Galileo) in second and Westadora (Le Havre) in third.
Mint Julep was bred and is currently owned by Maja and Jan Sundström of Team Hogdala. Westadora in third is another homebred of Coulonces Sales.
On Friday at Toulouse Coulonces Sales had another victory by homebred 2-year-old Maiden winner Lady Athena (Redoute’s Choice). No doubt this brave filly has plenty of more to come.
A great weekend for the Coulonces Sales team, congratulations to all connections!
